There is no doubt that I feel a true passion for painting and bringing the best out of a particular setting, kitchen or piece of furniture. Throughout this journey of up-cycling, I continue to meet the most wonderful people and this continues to reinforce that I am doing what I love, with those I love and those that I WILL love. This is truly a Bohemian experience. With this kitchen, I happened to be at Happy Hour with Patty, and we ended up meeting a wonderful person, Maryam and we hit it off. Immediately there was a connection of friendship and wouldn't you know it, she just moved to Tampa from DC with her Fiancé, Tony and they just bought a house that needed some Boho influence. Of course, it was an experience and I enjoyed her company and the Pizza and Wine;) We took the average kitchen to a Coastal-Themed Oasis all while developing a friendship! Moving forward with a simple white paint (Sherwin Williams Extra White) for the cabinets, gray paint (Sherwin Williams Latitude) for the island, coastal blue glass tiles for the backsplash and marble countertops we were able to bring a sense of warmth and cozy to their new abode. Notice the Tumbled Marble Tile Fireplace in the background to see another Boho Chic touch... Check out the pictures below...and remember, Friendly Kitchen Updates are ALWAYS Bohemian! Here is the sign we are getting even closer to the opening of All Boho Chic! Take a look at the new outdoor signs that were made by my close friend Chrys Hanes, the owner of Sign Art Group. I am immensely indebted to her for all of the signage help but more so for her support and guidance through my adventure in opening a store and in life. Thank you Chrys for everything! That's simply bohemian... Here is the latest look at the evolving exterior of my new All Boho Chic Storefront...I used a technique called "Mortar Smear" to add some texture, color and life to the original faux brick. Hope you like it and can't wait to show you what is going on in the inside...maybe some painting of the floor or some shiplap? Check back to see... Could this be the NEW Location for ALL BOHO CHIC...the Store?I know...What am I thinking? A new store? The answer is an emphatic...YES! After many days and nights of thought, I am ready to tackle this endeavor as Carson is getting older and more independent -those Teenage Years-I feel like I have more to offer the Tampa Bay area. As I have learned a great deal from my original store, Broken Inn of Seminole Heights (Do you remember?), the time maneuvering my Boho Trailer to my mobile events and continued work in all of my customers' homes, I am ready to create a haven for those seeking a Bohemian Place to shop for their home. With Boho Chic Home Ideas, Furniture Showroom, Handmade Jewelry, Up-cycled Goods, Bohemian Inspired Apparel and my typical eye for style, I look forward to welcoming you all. Don't worry, I will still be performing on site consultations and continuing my kithen and cabinet restorations. This will all be part of the All Boho Chic Experience. Well...here are pictures of the space I have chosen at 4111 Henderson Blvd to continue my dream, as of May 1, 2016. Of course, it needs some heavy All Boho Chic style so keep checking back to see how this space transforms into my dream. I look forward to the journey with you all. I know where I will be on Saturday...Where will you be? Join me at the wonderful event below... ONE DAY ONLY....COME SHOP WITH US!

FEATURING ARTISTIC VENDOR AMY BAY ALL BOHO CHIC***********************BOUTIQUE ON WHEELS!! I recently had the pleasure of meeting a lovely family in New Tampa, my old stomping ground. After my initial meeting to discuss how we could transform their kitchen, that they have had for many years, into a warm inviting environment, I knew that these were special people. We decided to upcycle their current light wood cabinets and add some life by changing the surrounding cabinets to a brighter shade in Sherwin Williams Extra White and Sherwin Williams Dovetail Gray...It was truly a great experience to have the family around while we transformed the kitchen as the stories about both our families just flowed between us. I am not sure if it helped the time fly by or did I take just a bit longer just to keep seeing them as this had to be one of the most personally rewarding projects I have completed. Once the Kitchen was complete and the new color for the wall (Sherwin Williams Repose Gray) and the backsplash were determined I had to wrap up and it was like having to leave my new family to take on the world. Definitely a special family and one project that was truly one that I will remember, not by the transformation of a kitchen but, by the transforming effect this family had on me. Thanks for the referral Steve!
Don't forget to Subscribe to my Boho Updates and check back for the latest updates on my NEW STORE! I decided to participate in a local show that I had heard about through another vendor at the Mt. Dora show. The Fancy Flea looked like a perfect fit for All Boho Chic and it was definitely a great experience. While the weather was hot, it provided a great opportunity to promote the next steps in the All Boho Chic story...yes, I'm OPENING a new store in Tampa! Also developing a more prominent online presence with a more active blog, updated website, current and past projects and an online store. More to come on this exciting news and keep checking my site for more updates...
